Students of all ages and abilities will enjoy this beginners’ yoga class. Each week, we will incorporate breath and movement – focusing on different areas of the body to stretch and develop. Series total 6 weeks.
Arrive a few minutes early. Please don’t forget your yoga mat and a small blanket or towel.
