This class is designed to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to Pilates/Barre or have experience with the practice, this workout combines core-focused exercises with precise movement to help you build a solid foundation and enhance overall body alignment. Implementing elements of barre and ballet technique, the class aims to stretch and strengthen your muscles while promoting overall balance and flexibility. It’s a low-impact workout suitable for all levels, perfect for anyone looking to move their body with intention and blow off some steam with fun, themed classes!

About Mary Clare:
Mary Clare Michael is a senior at Smith College bringing seven years of dance experience to her barre & pilates courses – and Markeim is lucky enough to land her for the summer! Outside of dance, she has a passion for fitness and enjoys exploring all forms of movement. She has been teaching barre and pilates for 1 year, bringing a refreshing and welcoming environment for beginner and seasoned enthusiast alike — all ages and experiences are welcome!
