INTRODUCTION/INTERMEDIATE POTTERY – FALL

Adults & Teens

Roll up your sleeves to create with clay! This class will focus on wheel throwing and basic handbuilding techniques. Instruction on collaring and bellowing cylinders, lids/jars, throwing off the hump, plates, altered shapes. and two-part throwing. Next-step decorating techniques are also explored. Beginners are welcome and intermediate students will be guided in more advanced techniques. Series total 7 weeks.

NOTE: Option to add on 10 Open Studio sessions for $150 (for adult potters). Minimum experience requirement – must have completed or be enrolled in an Intro to Pottery class.
