Aseeli Coleman is a New York-based designer and is currently the Associate Exhibition Designer at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Prior to this role, she interned as an exhibition designer at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. In her personal practice, her work is heavily inspired by her background in biology; she explores methods of using design as a tool for healing the complex relationship between humans and nature. Aseeli also runs her own small business, &flora studio, through which she sold handcrafted toxin-free candles before pivoting to a floral focused design studio. Aseeli has her M.A. in exhibition design from George Washington University and B.A. in art from Rutgers University.
