Stretch, breathe, and play!
This playful and engaging yoga class is designed just for kids! Through age-appropriate poses, games, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities, children will build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus—all while having fun. Each class encourages movement, creativity, and relaxation in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
Kids will learn simple yoga flows, calming techniques, and body awareness, helping them feel more confident, centered, and connected.
No experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
