Pilates is a whole-body exercise experience designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Based on a progressive series of exercises which can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels, Pilates will increase your strength, flexibility and balance while building your core muscles and back. Series total 4 weeks (Choose your own dates!).
Please bring your own mat.
