Beginner to Intermediate Pottery

Roll up your sleeves to create with clay! This class will focus on wheel throwing and basic handbuilding techniques. Instruction on collaring and bellowing cylinders, lids/jars, throwing off the hump, plates, altered shapes. and two-part throwing. Next-step decorating techniques are also explored. Beginners are welcome and intermediate students will be guided in more advanced techniques. Monday Series total of 7 classes. Tuesday Series of 8 classes.
