Tai Chi is an effective low-impact workout that can improve balance, ease arthritis, and stimulate the immune system. You may find it contributes to peace of mind and general well-being! Jack Poupard will teach the Yang form of Tai Chi which encourages soft, graceful movements reminiscent of dancing with an old friend. Jack has been a martial art instructor for over 50 years and a student of tai chi since 1980. Series total 6 or 13 weeks.
